Terms and Conditions - Eagle Travel Car Rental Service
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting a car from Eagle Travel. By proceeding with a reservation or rental, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
Driver’s License: The primary renter and any additional drivers must present a valid driver’s license issued by their country of residence. International customers should also provide a valid passport.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent a car from Eagle Travel is 21 years old. However, for certain vehicle categories or additional services, the minimum age requirement may be higher. Please check the specific terms and conditions for more information.
Reservation and Payment: A valid credit card in the renter’s name is required to make a reservation. Full payment, including the rental charges and any applicable fees or deposits, will be processed at the time of pick-up. Accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Rental Period
The rental period begins and ends according to the dates and times specified in the reservation. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact Eagle Travel in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
Insurance Coverage
Eagle Travel provides basic insurance coverage with their rental cars. However, this coverage may have an excess or deductible amount. You have the option to purchase additional insurance coverage at the time of booking or upon pick-up to reduce the excess. Please review the insurance options and terms before finalizing your rental.
Fuel Policy
Eagle Travel operates on a “Full-to-Full” fuel policy. The rental car will be provided with a full tank of fuel, and it should be returned with a full tank as well. Failure to return the vehicle with a full tank may result in refuelling charges.
Additional Equipment
Optional extras such as GPS navigation systems, child seats, or booster seats are available for rent. These extras can be added to your reservation at the time of booking or requested at the rental counter, subject to availability.
Prohibited Uses
The rental vehicle should not be used for any prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
Off-road driving
Racing or any form of competition
Towing or pushing other vehicles
Transporting hazardous materials
Violating traffic laws or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Vehicle Return
The rental vehicle should be returned to the agreed-upon location and within the designated return time stated in the reservation. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
Cancellation and Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact Eagle Travel as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and fees may apply, and modifications are subject to availability and changes in pricing.
Liability
Eagle Travel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings or any injuries sustained during the rental period. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and should take appropriate precautions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stoke-on-Trent.
